We offer training programs for individuals of all ages. However, for minors under the age of 18, we require parental consent and supervision during the training sessions.

The frequency of your training sessions depends on your goals and availability. I recommend two to three sessions per week to ensure consistent progress. 

Absolutely! While some of my clients train for competitive boxing, many others train for fitness, self-defense, or simply to enjoy the physical and mental benefits of boxing. I tailor our training programs to your individual goals, ensuring you get the most out of your sessions regardless of whether you want to compete or not.

The duration of each training session may vary depending on the program and your preferences. Typically, sessions average 60 minutes to ensure a comprehensive workout that includes warm-up, technique training, conditioning, and cool-down.
